A simple life, high thinking, preparing for yoga is also simple. The tools are your body and mind.

Before class

Showering before class

Revitalize your body with room temperature or cold water to expand intercellular space and help store energy from practice.

What to wear

Choose comfortable clothing that allows free movement and breathing.

Meals & Liquids

Keep stomach empty for 4+ hours. Avoid liquids 2 hours before class.

What to Bring

Yoga mat, notebook, and pen for notes if desired.

After class

Post-Practice Care

Wait 2+ hours before showering to retain the energy benefits of your practice.
